Jiangxi Mingheng Textile Co., Ltd. actively implemented the national requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction. In the reconstruction of the workshop refrigeration equipment of the new factory, all the spray air conditioning systems with high energy consumption were replaced by high-pressure spray humidification and water curtain cooling humidification. Water curtain cooling and humidification is an efficient and economic cooling method through evaporation cooling, and the installed capacity of electrical appliances is 2.2KW/thousand square meters. The installed capacity of the original sprinkler air conditioning system is 35KW/thousand square meters. After transformation, 540KW/thousand square meters of electricity will be saved every day. The enterprise has greatly saved production costs and improved its economic and social benefits.
