Filter cloth is woven from yarn, and the yarn will be twisted before weaving into filter cloth. What is the twisting?
Yarn twisting index:
1. Twist. The two sections of the yarn produce an angular displacement of 360 °, which is called a twist, that is, a turn. The number of twists per unit length of yarn is called twist;
2. Twist angle. Twist indicates the twist degree of the yarn, which is affected by the yarn diameter. In the case of the same twist, the thicker the yarn, the more obvious the fiber inclination in the yarn, which means the greater the degree of twisting;
3. Twisting. Twist width refers to the arc length that a point on the yarn section rotates in unit length;
4. Twist coefficient. Twist measurement is convenient, but it can not express the twist degree of yarns of different thickness. In order to compare the twist degree of yarns of different fineness, people define a relative index that combines the fineness to express the twist degree - twist coefficient.
