Fully automated production system:

● Link 1: Qinghua: automatically grab the required raw materials such as cotton and chemical fiber according to the process requirements and transport them to each required carding machine through pipes

● Production link 2 carding: after high-precision fiber carding and impurity removal, raw materials are combed into slivers or polyester slivers, and the finished products are automatically changed into barrels, which are automatically delivered to the location where the next process is required through AGV trolley

● Drawing in production link 3: further combing and mixing the sliver to make it reach the blending proportion required by customers. The rear end automatically changes the cylinder, and the finished product is automatically delivered by the AGV trolley to the designated position required by the next process

● Production link 4 roving: after being put on the machine according to the process requirements, the roving is automatically spun to realize automatic tube change, and the finished products are automatically delivered to the designated machine position required by the next process on a track

● Production link 5 spinning: drafting the roving to the number and twist required by the customer. If there are defective yarns and broken ends in this link, the single spindle detection device will automatically lift the fed roving to reduce the waste caused by broken ends

● Production link 6 winding: the finished spinning yarn is automatically put into the required winding machine, automatically integrated into the length and weight required by the customer according to the requirements, and then packaged by the automatic packer
