Product details
Ring spinning is one of the methods of non free end spinning with true twist. It is named because of its annular steel ring. It is widely used for spinning and twisting various fibers. The twisting and winding mechanism is composed of spindle, steel ring, wire ring, etc. The yarn sliver is discharged from a pair of rollers, and is wound through the yarn guide hook and the steel wire ring to the bobbin sleeved outside the spindle. The spindle rotates at high speed with the bobbin, and the yarn on the bobbin drives the steel ring to slide along the edge of the ring. Every time the traveller rotates, a twist is added to the yarn between the traveller and the roller. As the steel ring is blocked by friction, the speed is slightly lower than that of the spindle, so the winding function is completed at the same time.
